Introduction:
I am primarily a mother and a teacher. I am lucky to be the parent of four grown children. I have one son and three daughters. My children are the reasons why I became a teacher. I became interested in education and teaching when my son first went to school. When my oldest daughter became school age, I started teaching in her elementary school. I've been teaching ever since. Secondarily, I am a teacher. After my children were in school, I returned to school myself and graduated with a bachelor's degree in English. I went to graduate school and earned a master's degree in Scientific and Technical Writing; and I received another master's a few years later in Adult Education. In 2009, I received a Ph.D. in Education, Teacher Leadership. My area of research was the success strategies of Saudi Arabian students studying in the United States. Being a mother is the best thing in my life. Being a teacher is almost as good as being a mother! I love facilitating teacher-training, especially online or when I travel to another country. I am a lucky woman!

Introduction:
I am a mother of two teenagers and am now graciously growing 'wiser'. After 25 years of serving as a teacher, I am still enthusiastic about being one as I am best when I am in class with my students. Teaching today is different from what it was 25 years ago~ today's kids especially teenagers need teachers to be facilitators rather than dictators and they definitely need the human touch~ something I am able to address when I am with my students. Teaching indeed is a noble profession.

Introduction
It is hard to describe oneself, but mainly I can say I am a bit shy, introverted and quiet. I prefer to say I am a good listener. Teaching has been a good way to overcome my shyness and interact more with a great variety of people of different ages and personalities. It has not been easy; however, I feel I have gradually defeated that fear of speaking in front of people. Although I can’t deny that the first day of class is still a little frightening.
